Terms and Conditions of Booking
§ A $309 or 230UKL non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. § The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival at Windsor Hills Resort. § Minimum stay is 5 nights, if less than 5 nights the cleaning charge is added. § Earliest entry time is 4pm on day of arrival. Latest departure time is 10am on last day. § At time of check in a credit card impression will be taken and kept on file until 15 days after your departure § Pools are used at guests’ own risk. Under 18’s must be accompanied at the pools. Safety fence must be used at all times. § Games, toys, baby furniture are used at guests’ own risk. Young children must be supervised at all times. § Please remember to purchase travel insurance to safe guard your vacation, when traveling from outside of the USA. § Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am on Windsor Hills & in Florida. § One member of each party must be at least 25 years old. § It may be necessary for staff to enter the home in order to perform routine maintenance or repairs. § Homeowner/Mgmt Co accepts no responsibility or liability for loss of or damages to personal items. § Homeowner/Mgmt Co accepts no responsibility or liability for failure of equipment in the property. We will attempt to rectify the problem in a reasonable and timely manner after notification of equipment failure. § We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove guests who may be breaking the homeowner’s association’s rules or engaging in unlawful activities in the home. § Smoking is prohibited in the villa at all times. Guests will be charged excessive cleaning fees if found smoking in the home. § Animals or pets are not permitted at anytime in the home.
