Payment and Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required no less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival in Florida. All quotes assume payment by credit card - if you pay by check/cheque a discount of 3% is applied. Where written notice of cancellation is received the following charges will apply:
- 42 or more days prior to arrival - No Charge except the non refundable deposit already paid.
- 41 to 30 days prior to arrival - 25% of Rental is Retained, 75% Returned
- 29 to 10 days prior to arrival - 50% of Rental is Retained, 50% Returned
- 9 to 1 days prior to arrival - 75% of Rental is Retained, 25% Returned
- No Show - 100% of Rental is Retained, 0% Returned
All bookings deposits are non refundable. |
