Mickey & Jasmines House is a 3 master suite townhouse with one of the best locations in Windsor Hills. It is among the closest dozen houses to the pool and clubhouse, yet remains very private with a west facing pool not overlooked by any other units. It also backs onto a small grassy area where younger children can play safely. The cost for this townhouse is $114 per night low season,$162 high season and $192 on holidays. The home sleeps up to 8 people. Pool heating is an optional extra at $110 per week. It is recommended from October to April. Please add 13% Florida State tax to all prices shown. The accommodation includes a living room with cable TV and DVD/VCR. The dining area has a large table and 6 chairs plus a breakfast bar. The living room sofa can be converted to a bed which accommodates 2. The kitchen has all appliances including microwave,full size range/oven, full size refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. All crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, glassware and kitchen linens are provided. A full size washer and dryer is located on the upper floor. Each of the 3 bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom. A Queen and Twin room are upstairs, both with cable TV. There is also a Full bed downstairs. The Queen room has a lovely pond view while the Twin room features a DVD player. All linens and towels are supplied. The west facing heated splash pool receives sunshine all day and afternoon, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day at the parks. Guests park in a private driveway in front of the house, allowing for convenient unloading of suitcases, groceries and shopping bags. With the clubhouse only steps away, older children can safely make trips on their own to visit the sundry store and explore the facilities.
